Quality Certification And Company Training
Since 2005, C.M.Ottavi has been recognized annually for the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard, which specifies the requirements of the management system for the quality of the Company.
We also follow a careful and accurate certification system for environmental policy.
Our primary and main objective is to increase the customer’s satisfaction through the effective application of the system thus ensuring compliance with the required requirements.
We are also constantly updated with the training courses for employees, such as courses for corporate safety (art 37 paragraph 1 D. Lgs. 81/08), course for the personnel involved in the driving of forklifts trucks and forklifts; as well as on compulsory training as first aid, fire fighting and all that is relevant to evacuation plans.
